Best Western Plus Peppertree Inn at Omak

Stayed here for 2 nights for work and was disappointed multiple times. This location is not being run correctly. The very young woman who checked us in clearly did not want to be at work. She didn't tell us anything about our stay, nothing about breakfast, amenities, etc, or where our rooms were located (the usual run down hotels give when you check in). My coworker's room did not have clean sheets and she had to request a new room. Someone in the building or outside was smoking a ton of weed so every couple hours the smell would fill our rooms (front desk did not seem to care about that).

When we checked out, there was another person there who also seemed to not know what they were doing. I asked for an emailed receipt and have not received it. Every time I try to call, I get sent to a voicemail with no return calls. Maybe they're short staffed or under different management, whatever it is, they need help and would not recommend staying here for the time being.

Rude management! I've stayed here numerous times and I will never return. I would stay at the roadway than be disrespected like this. Ownership should check in on their business.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My husband and I stay here very often for work. We were here this time for 2 nights the first morning I wake up and I've got bites on me. The second night I wake up at 5am cause I'm so itchy I pull back my covers to find bed bugs. I scoop 4 of them into a cup and go down to front desk. It takes them over an hour to get me into another room. Then when I go to check out at 11 the manager tells me that bed bugs only bite your ankles and that the bites I have are not from them. THEY GAVE ME NO REFUND AND TOLD ME THAT I BROUGHT THEM INTO THE ROOM. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET EATIN ALIVE AND BE TREATED LIKE SHIT FROM THERE STAFF

Still staying here since I prepaid for 2 days that are not refundable. Staff was nice so far, I am concerned that my room was not cleaned properly after walking into the shower and finding 2 crusty wash clothes over the shower head...

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean. But for some reason the first floor windows of the room I was in were unlocked (not very secure). Also there are no working lights connected to a switch except the bathroom and vanity. The main room had two lamps and the bedroom had one. The cord on the lamp in the bedroom had the main insulation pulled back revealing the wires (see pictures) which made it flicker on and off. I told some staff members working on the that floor who changed it out and cleaned the stinky sink asap but the fact it could get as stinky as it was, is pretty unacceptable. So... if you need a hotel this place will be just fine, just bring a flashlight with you if you check in after dark and Check that the windows are locked then you should be in good shape.

This is by far the best place to stay in the area. It is clean, remodeled/newer, and had friendly staff. The other option is the quality inn, but that looked super run down compared to this place. Very happy with my stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in the Omak area.

Very expensive for the area, and the WiFi is sub par, can barely use my laptop or stream any of my shows and even basic gaming is tough to stay connected and not drop... sad as they used to have great internet that you could even plug into a lan, seems odd that the price went up so high but they penny pinched on the WiFi, I have stayed for years off and on here for work...
I may stay down the road at a cheaper hotel with acceptable WiFi in the new year

Good people. Clean rooms. Great location. A great place to hang your hat and just an all around good place.

Got a room to enjoy the evening in Omak at the casino without worrying about driving home 40 miles. If you're "local" they charge you a previously undisclosed $350 deposit upon your arrival, AFTER they've already charged you for your room. This is not posted anywhere in their lobby. They will then proceed to treat you like hillbilly garbage, for having the audacity to question this policy, after already spending $187 to stay in their hotel. INCREDIBLY rude evening staff. Savannah ignored my request to speak with the manager and made sure to let us know what a favor she was doing us by charging us $350 instead of $500 for the "local deposit". ( The actual manager seemed shocked at this when I spoke with her the following morning.) Was then charged another $40 for an authorization fee they "forgot" to add on the previous evening, after checking out.

We have stayed at the Best Western peppertree Inn several times the most recent February 02-04 2023, prepaid for our room and after checkout was charged another $22.08 US and when trying to find out the charge calling their head office in Spokane 5 times and never getting a reply, very poor service and a real ripoff. Never again, I booked through hotels.com and even they couldn't help me. Buyer beware!!!!!
