Our cottages are also perfect for small gatherings such as corporate or spiritual retreats which are supported with our catering in our house, the Eden Valley Lodge. Our family resort is located east of Oroville, Washington in the picturesque Okanogan Highlands and is both child and pet friendly. A few features include: * The Eden Valley Trail System, with miles of trails exclusively for guests (year round). * Campfire & picnic area, plus a children's play area. * Our Horse Hotel which welcomes guests to bring their own horses (or other livestock). * Our Trail System bordering public lands allowing for miles and miles of exploration. * Nearby attractions such as lakes, museums, antique stores, wineries, vast acreages of more public lands and many other activities. More features may be seen on our web site or discussed with staff with a quick phone call.

Working farm with warm host. The cabins have a rustic exterior made from salvaged wood. Modern interior with full kitchen and wifi. Every one of the 10 cabins has a different theme. Robin is very warm and knowledgeable about farming and local flora and fauna. She also gives 2,4 and 8 hour horseback rides. He border collie Della loves to fetch frisbees. The hosts prepared a circle campfire near the lodge every night we stayed.
We came a little past the summer solstice and we took advantage of the trails and saw tons of wildflowers. I stayed up and enjoyed all the stars. Wonderful trip :)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Your K.King, WA027Jul 7, 2011First to Review
Great place to relax and enjoy the Okanogan Highlands! Small, but cute cabins. Internet is available at no charge (satellite - a bit slow). The rates are around 100 bux/night.
Whenever you call to make a reservation - ask for Robin. She will make sure you have most pleasant experience.
We will definitely be back to stay at this place!
a tip: if you chose (for whatever reasons) to visit Okanogan area - it's very hard to find a decent-priced lodging. Make reservations in advance as everything in Okanogan county is on "Indian time."Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah F.San Diego, CA242528Aug 18, 2014
Everyone that worked here is extremely rude. Our friends had their wedding photos taken here along with their rehearsal dinner.
They paid an exorbitant amount of money to have meatballs, green beans, salad and dinner rolls to be laid out on a table. It was pot luck style which was fine, since they wanted a casual dinner. When the brides father went up for seconds, one of the women snatched away the crockpot and said "This isn't an all you can eat buffet."
We had also reserved the main house months in advance for the rehearsal dinner. When we arrive, they had a sign on a table that read "Reserved" so people who weren't affiliated with us could eat our food and awkwardly sit with us!!!!
When we came back the next day to have photos taken, the employees were still rude. I had left my purse inside the main house so I wouldn't have to hold it. When my fiancé went inside, who was the best man and in his suit, she rudely said "Can I help you!?"
Overall this place is over priced and the service is horrible. There's fines if you do ANYTHING that they don't agree with.
I suggest staying at a motel in Oroville. It's only a quick 10 minute drive to Molson/Chesaw. You'll pay half the price of this place and won't have to deal with rude people.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Yikes! I just discovered this site and am dismayed that we had someone so upset. I went back to review the situation since this was for a friend that booked a small dinner. I spoke to so many that were happy, but seemed to have missed this person. Part of the Lodge was only booked for a small dinner on a Friday evening and it seems staff were caught off guard the next day with unscheduled guests not staying on sight. I am so sorry for the communication issues. This is an extremely rare situation as when visitors make requests, we work hard to help.

We stayed at Eden Valley Ranch for 4 days and we'll most certainly come back. We have many years experience with guest ranches of all types in the western U.S. and found that Eden Valley has a very unique combination of location, facility, riding stock, and staff. Gorgeous scenery with miles of trails and the trails are well kept! The cabins are clean and comfortable although not fancy but then we didn't come here expecting the Westin. That said, the Westin wasn't as well equipped as the cabin we stayed in. The horses are probably the best trained stock we've had to date without being worn out or ornery from mistreatment.
Robbin, one of the owners, was our guide and she gave us 3 days of narrated attention....never happened to us before. The rest of the staff were cordial and we have nothing but good things to say about the time we spent here! Feel comfortable with your decision to come here if your giving it consideration.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
